Delivery and Cancellation
This page explains how products purchased from the Ansiokas online store are delivered and what you should know about the right of withdrawal before making a purchase. We sell only downloadable digital PDF guides, so nothing is sent by post and there are no delivery costs. These terms apply to consumer customers. On this page you will also find instructions on what to do if a download fails or you do not receive an order confirmation.
Immediate electronic delivery
All our products are downloadable PDF files that are delivered electronically immediately after payment. Payment is processed securely through the Stripe Checkout service, and we do not see or store your card details.
Once the payment has been completed:
- The download links appear immediately on the thank-you page to which you are directed after payment. You can start downloading right away.
- The same download links are also sent to the email address you provided during payment.
We recommend saving the downloaded files to your own device right away so that the guides remain available to you even after the links have expired.
If you do not receive the email
The email usually arrives within a few minutes. If you cannot see the message:
- Check your junk mail (spam) folder as well as any promotions or newsletter folders.
- Make sure that you entered your email address correctly during payment.
- If you still cannot find the message, contact our support at ansiokastuki@gmail.com. We will resend the download links free of charge.
Validity of the download links
The download links work as follows:
- Each link is valid for 30 days from the time of purchase.
- Each guide can be downloaded through its link a maximum of 5 times.
The purpose of these limits is to prevent misuse of the links, and they do not restrict your rights as a buyer. If a link expires or you run out of download attempts, you will receive a new link free of charge by contacting support at ansiokastuki@gmail.com. In your message, please state the email address you used to place the order.
Right of withdrawal and its expiry for digital content
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, products purchased from an online store generally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, digital content delivered electronically, such as a PDF guide, is an exception provided for in the law: because the file is fully at the buyer's disposal immediately after delivery, it cannot be "returned" in the same way as physical goods.
For this reason, the law works as follows: the seller may deliver the digital content immediately, and the right of withdrawal ends, if the buyer has, before delivery begins, expressly consented to immediate delivery and accepted that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
In practice, this appears during your purchase as a box you must tick before paying:
"I consent to the digital content being delivered immediately after payment, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal."
The purchase cannot be completed without ticking this box. Your consent is stored with your order details.
Once the guide has been delivered, meaning that the download links have been made available to you, the purchase can no longer be cancelled and no refund will be given on the basis of a mere change of mind. This does not in any way weaken your rights in situations where there is a defect in the product or the delivery. Defects are covered in the next section.
Defects: if the download or the file does not work
We are responsible for ensuring that you receive a working product. Contact support at ansiokastuki@gmail.com for example in the following situations:
- the download fails or is repeatedly interrupted
- the downloaded file does not open or is corrupted
- you received a different guide than the one you ordered
- the download link does not work at all.
In your message, please state the email address you used for the order and a short description of the problem, so that we can resolve the matter quickly.
We will remedy the defect primarily by providing you with a new download link or a working file. If for some reason the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, we will refund the full price of the product. The refund is made to the same payment method that was used for the payment.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about your order or a product, please first contact our support at ansiokastuki@gmail.com. Almost all problems are resolved fastest directly with us.
The seller operates in Finland, and Finnish law applies to the purchase. This does not, however, reduce the protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection legislation of your country of residence.
If we cannot reach an agreement on the matter, as a consumer you have the right to:
- contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, which provides guidance and mediation assistance free of charge (kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta)
- refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi)
Before referring a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, it is advisable to first contact the Consumer Advisory Services. If you live in another EU country, you may also turn to the consumer authority or an alternative dispute resolution body in your own country.
